Slothar is simple software for anyone who rents out space by the hour — cricket grounds, turfs, courts, pool tables and gaming cafés. We built it because most owners spend more time chasing bookings than growing their business.
Why We Built Slothar.
Visit most sports grounds, pool halls or gaming cafés and you will see the same thing: bookings in a WhatsApp chat, a paper register at the desk, and one Excel sheet that only one person understands.
It works until it doesn't. The same slot gets promised to two teams. A regular customer's number sits in a staff member's phone and leaves when they do. And nobody knows what the day earned until someone adds it up at midnight.
Meanwhile the questions that really matter — which hours are empty, which court, table or station earns the most, which customers stopped coming — never get answered, because nobody has time to work it out by hand.

The Person Behind Slothar.
I am Jignal Patel, the founder and CEO of Slothar. I started this because I kept seeing the same thing at sports grounds, pool halls and gaming cafés: good businesses being run on a paper register, a WhatsApp chat and one Excel sheet.
Slothar is my attempt to give venue owners software that actually fits how they work — simple enough for the front desk, and clear enough that the owner can see the whole business at a glance.
