Bookings
Yes. A booking can start at any time you allow and run for as long as you need. You are not limited to fixed hourly blocks, so a 90-minute box cricket slot and a 30-minute badminton court can live on the same ground.
Slothar checks the ground, the court, the date and the time before a booking is saved. If that space is already taken, the booking cannot be made — whether you are entering it or your front desk is.
Yes. Advance bookings and walk-ins go into the same place, so someone who turns up wanting to play now is recorded exactly like someone who booked last week.
Yes. Move a booking to another slot or another court, or cancel it with a reason kept on record. The customer is told on WhatsApp either way.
Mark the booking as a no-show. The slot frees up so it can be sold again, and your reports count no-shows separately from cancellations so you can see how often it happens.
Yes. Open any booking to see the customer, the slot, the price, the payment and the changes made to it.
Grounds, Courts & Pricing
Yes. Divide a ground into courts or zones that book on their own, and still rent the whole space when you want to. Slothar knows they share the same ground, so booking the full space closes the courts inside it.
Yes. Set your opening and closing time per day, and Slothar turns it into bookable time slots. Weekend hours can be completely different from weekday hours.
Yes. Set a price for each day and each time band, so your evening rate is higher than your morning rate without anyone at the desk having to remember it. Prices can also differ by sport and by court.
Yes. Block a court for any period and it cannot be booked until you open it again. It shows as blocked on the live board so your staff can see why.
Yes. Close the day so no normal bookings are taken against it.
The live activity board shows every ground and court on one screen — what is being played, how long is left on it, what is free, what is booked next and what is blocked.
Customers & WhatsApp
Yes. Slothar sends the booking details to the customer on WhatsApp, so the time, the court and the amount are in writing and nobody has to be called.
Booking confirmation, a message when a booking is rescheduled, a message when it is cancelled, and a reminder before the game.
Yes, from your own business number, so your customers see your ground and not a stranger.
No. These are transactional messages about a customer's own booking only — never marketing blasts.
No. They get their booking on WhatsApp, including the QR code they show at the gate. Nothing to download.
Search by name or phone number. You will see their booking history, how often they play and what they have spent.
Staff & Locations
Yes. Add each staff member as their own user and choose what they can do. A front desk user can take bookings, check players in and record payments without ever opening your revenue reports.
Yes. Run all your grounds from one account. Each location keeps its own grounds, timings, prices, staff and WhatsApp credits, and you can still see the whole business together.
Yes. Staff permissions are set per location, so someone who runs your Surat ground does not see your Ahmedabad numbers.
Payments & Reports
Yes. Record cash, UPI and card payments against a booking, and see at a glance what is still pending.
Yes. Close your day with the total collected, what is still outstanding and the next day already lined up — instead of adding it up in a diary at midnight.

Slothar runs in a web browser, so a laptop at the desk or a phone in your pocket both work. There is nothing to install.
